Kimberly Armand began her real estate career being the Executive Administrator and Transaction Coordinator for a top producing team in Uptown New Orleans for 10 years. She has been licensed since 2013 and is now a solo agent.

Kimberly has always had a passion for real estate and watching the transformation of properties through renovations. She successfully guided her brother in the purchase and renovation of a rental property and helped him sell a few years later at a significant profit. She has also personally purchased and renovated a home from a client which is currently used as her primary residence. Professionally, Kimberly has built relationships, helped families and continues to improve her real estate business.
